Gaussian Splatting began to be supported in Chaos V-Ray 7. V-Ray works seamlessly with 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Maya, Nuke, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Unreal, so you can transform 3D scenes into works of art from your favorite application.
People can use Gaussian Splatting in Houdini using GSOPs. GSOPs is an open source repository that allows users to import, render, edit, and export 3D Gaussian splatting models, or to generate synthetic training data.
With the release of V1.5, Epic Games’ RealityCapture added support for Radiance Field export within its Structure from Motion platform. The software is free for users who have generated less than $1 million USD in revenue over the past 12 months, as well as for educational institutions and students.
