Over the past couple of years, there has been a small community of creators who have been experimenting with and publishing their work with radiance fields. One of these creators is Ruben Fro.

For those who don’t know Ruben Fro or his work, it is seriously awesome. We’ve featured it a couple times across articles here, but you also might have seen his work pop up on Twitter, YouTube, and Linkedin.

The latter of which you can watch the recording, live as it happens. It will be recorded tomorrow, January 17th at 12pm EST. If that time doesn’t work for you, you can always catch it on their Spotify or YouTube channel afterwards. XR AI Spotlight is hosted by Gabriele Romagnoli and looks to highlight creators and innovators who are building within XR and AI.

I’m really excited to hear Ruben Fro’s take on radiance fields and how they can be used for to create art. He’s shown quite a few examples of using Gaussian Splatting in Unity and has been a great role model for how these advances in radiance field based technology can be harnessed for creative purposes.
