Volinga has just released v0.6 of its Unreal Engine plugin, and it’s the most performance focused update yet. With significant improvements to rendering speed, multi-GPU scalability, and flexible quality settings, this release is built for teams pushing the limits of Gaussian Splatting (3DGS).

The main addition of this release is a major performance boost. The new version delivers up to 50% faster rendering, dramatically improving responsiveness during scene builds and live playback.

Support for multi-GPU rendering on nDisplay is now available as well, enabling larger scenes and higher framerates across LED walls and multi panel setups.

Volinga has also introduced new quality/performance modes, giving creators more control over how splats are rendered depending on the demands of the project. Whether you need pixel perfect output for close ups or optimized playback for previs, these modes make it easier to tune for speed or detail.

And finally, full compatibility with Unreal Engine 5.6 ensures this version is ready for the latest projects.

The v0.6.0 plugin is available now at volinga.ai.
