Geo Week Radiance Fields

Geo Week is a premier news and event resource at the intersection of geospatial technology and the built environment. They are excited to announce a free webinar focusing on Radiance Fields! This event promises to be an engaging and informative session with a strong lineup of panelists.

The panel will feature some of the leading voices in the field, including Jonathan Stephens, widely known as the NeRF Guru. Jonathan has created several highly informative tutorials on his YouTube channel and previously delivered an in-person talk about Radiance Fields at the Geo Week conference in February.

The second panelist, Yoshi Sato, is the founder of Gauzilla Pro. We have featured Gauzilla Pro numerous times on our website and interviewed Yoshi about his journey and future plans in last month’s newsletter.

The third panelist is Ted Parisot, who runs Helios Visions. Helios Visions provides Drone Mapping, Facade Inspection, 3D Reality Capture, Drone Photos & Videos, and 360 VR Panoramas, collecting geospatial data for clients in construction, commercial real estate, and environmental industries. You might have seen Ted’s most recent post on Linkedin, where he showed some of the work his team has been doing with Gaussian Splatting.

The panel will be moderated by Matt Collins, who is a Content Specialist at Geo Week News, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in geospatial content.

Attendees can expect to learn about the latest advancements in Radiance Fields, practical applications of the technology, and insights from industry experts. This webinar is an excellent opportunity for professionals in the geospatial and built environment sectors to enhance their knowledge and stay ahead of the curve.

The talk is scheduled for July 11th from 1-2pm EST. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn from the best in the industry. Register for the event here and be sure to share this event with colleagues who might be interested.
