4. Submissions of Resumes and GitHub Links

  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in your resume and other materials you provide to us (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, transmit, distribute, display, and make derivative works of your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the recruiting Service (such as sharing it with potential employers).

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of your submissions. You agree not to submit any information that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

  • Privacy Considerations: You acknowledge that any personal data contained in your submissions may be shared with prospective employers or clients, in line with the recruiting services we offer. For more information on how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


5. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, process, and store your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By submitting your personal information, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of that information as described therein.


6. No Guarantees or Endorsements

  • No Employment Guarantee: We do not guarantee that submitting your resume or GitHub link will result in a job offer, interview, or any other employment outcome.

  • No Endorsement of Employers: We do not endorse any particular employer or client, and we are not responsible for the hiring practices of third parties. All decisions regarding prospective employment are made solely by the employer and/or the candidate.


7. Candidate Representation & Accuracy

  • We do not verify the accuracy of information submitted by candidates. Employers accept all risks associated with hiring a candidate based on their submissions. Radiancefields.com shall not be liable for misrepresentation, omissions, or inaccuracies provided by candidates.


8. Employer Responsibilities & Fee Disputes

  • If multiple parties claim ownership of a candidate referral, we will follow our internal record-keeping policies and are not responsible for resolving disputes between third parties (e.g., other recruiting agencies, employers, or candidates).

  • We provide recruitment facilitation services but are not responsible for any disputes between candidates and employers, including hiring decisions, compensation agreements, terminations, or unpaid fees. Employers and candidates are responsible for negotiating and fulfilling their respective obligations.


9. No Circumvention of Fees

Employers who receive candidate referrals through our Service may not directly hire, refer, or engage with the candidate outside of our platform for a period of six (6) months without paying applicable placement fees. Any circumvention of this policy may result in legal action to recover unpaid fees.


10. Non-Solicitation & Platform Independence

  • We do not engage in active solicitation of employees from any specific company. However, if a candidate voluntarily submits their resume to our platform, that shall not be deemed a violation of any third-party non-solicitation agreement to which we are not a party. We disclaim any liability for such voluntary submissions.


11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Service Content: All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and designs on our website (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • License to Use: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • “As Is” and “As Available”: Our Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • No Warranty of Accuracy: We do not warrant that the information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, or reliable.
