Camera Controls

Camera Controls

SplatKing exposes manual camera controls for when Auto isn’t giving you the consistency a reconstruction needs. Every manual control applies across both lenses at once — set it once, and the 0.5× and 1× cameras stay matched.

Auto by default

Controls start in Auto. Tap a control to take it manual; re-tap the active control to clear it back to Auto. You can mix — for example, manual shutter with auto white balance.

The controls

Tap a control to see what it does — and how it applies to your capture.

Exposure (EV)Exposure compensation

Nudge overall exposure brighter or darker while staying in auto-exposure.

Applies
● 0.5× Ultra● 1× Wide
In Photo and Video, your setting is applied to both lenses so the two streams stay matched.

Minimum shutter speed

A sharpness floor: set the slowest shutter the app may use, and it keeps the shutter at least that fast (raising ISO as needed) so motion stays sharp. Useful when you’re moving and want to avoid blur. Find it under Settings → Image Quality. Applies to photo and video, across both lenses.

Lens parity

In Photo and Video, a manual setting you choose is applied to both the 0.5× and 1× cameras, so the two streams stay matched. This is intentional — matched settings across the two lenses keep the capture coherent for reconstruction.
