It's no secret that radiance fields use cases span industries. Through blending the physical and digital realms in unprecedented ways, they allow for a more immersive and interactive presentation. One industry that I explored in more detail last year was the fashion industry.
Today we're seeing part of that projection come true with KidSuper's FW24 show ‘String Theory’ in Milan. Artist and photographer, Danilo, captured several of the participants, including designer KidSuper and football star, Ronaldinho. These NeRFs were powered by Luma AI and captured on Danilo's iPhone.
Danilo and I actually met up for coffee in October of last year to talk about radiance fields and I'm so excited to see them out in the field.
You may have seen some of Danilo's work from last year, including NeRFs of YouTuber Casey Neistat and other well known residents of New York City. These advanced visual representations not only enhance the viewer's experience but also open new avenues for designers to creatively express and share their work globally.
