Voxelo has released Voxelo 3.0, is a 3D and AI content platform for ecommerce, combining UG3D capture, hosting for splats made elsewhere, and product data for AI agents in one account.
Voxelo 2.0 arrived in January as a virtual studio built on UG3D, the company's gaussian splatting pipeline that turns a short product video into a 3D twin and then generates AR, studio imagery and AI lifestyle shots from that one asset. The Manchester startup, which opened a public beta in July 2025, closed a £650,000 pre-seed round in March.
Voxelo now calls the product "a 3D and AI content platform for ecommerce," built on the premise that every product has two shoppers, a person and an AI agent. Voxelo says 3.0 groups the account around three audiences. People get photoreal 3D, AR and imagery. Agents get product attributes and an API. Teams get the content platform and analytics.
The free account carries 10,000 one time credits, enough for 10 HD or 5 UHD twins, plus hosting and a viewer for up to 100 splats captured elsewhere. An HD twin costs 1,000 credits and a UHD twin 2,000, and Voxelo puts a credit at 1p at list price, or £10 an HD twin. Paid plans cost £20, £99 and £499 a month excluding VAT, or £18, £87 and £424 a month billed yearly, with hosting caps of 100, 480 and 2,400 splats. Pricing started at £50 a month when 2.0 launched. Every tier exports PLY and SOG.
On the agent side, Voxelo says attributes are pulled from the capture itself so that search engines and AI agents can read the product, and its Enterprise tier outputs product data as schema.org and GS1. Voxelo has not published which attributes are extracted, the API's endpoints, or what the new analytics measure.
Voxelo AR, a free iPhone app, opens SOG, SPZ, PLY and SPLAT files on the device with no account and no upload. A capture team that already produces splats in another tool can host up to 100 of them on a free Voxelo account and embed each in a hosted viewer without recapturing through UG3D.
Voxelo says 3.0 is available now in every Voxelo account.
