FAQ

Lixel K2 FAQ

Lixel K2 FAQ

What is the Lixel K2?

The Lixel K2 is XGRIDS’ newest premium handheld SLAM LiDAR scanner. It delivers 1 cm relative accuracy, built-in RTK, a 100 m maximum range and an aviation-grade body at around 1.2 kg.

How is the K2 different from the K1?

The K2 improves on the LixelKity K1 with tighter 1 cm relative accuracy (vs 1.2 cm), built-in RTK, an aviation-grade aluminum body and a longer 100 m maximum range.

What accuracy does the K2 achieve?

1 cm relative and 3 cm absolute (RMSE) accuracy, 2 cm repeatability, and a post-processed point-cloud thickness of 1 cm or less.

What is the K2’s range?

The LiDAR scans to at least 40 m at 10% reflectivity, with a 100 m maximum range and a 360° × -7°/+52° field of view.

Does the K2 support RTK?

Yes — RTK is built in, alongside multi-constellation GNSS (BDS, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, SBAS).

How much does the Lixel K2 cost?

XGRIDS prices the K2 through authorized partners and its store rather than a fixed public price. Check current availability at the XGRIDS store.
