What is the LixelKity K1?

The LixelKity K1 is XGRIDS’ compact handheld SLAM LiDAR scanner. Weighing under 1 kg, it captures 200,000 pts/s with 1.2 cm relative accuracy and a 48 MP ×2 color panorama.

What accuracy does the K1 achieve?

1.2 cm relative accuracy, 3 cm absolute, 2 cm repeat accuracy and 0.015° horizontal accuracy.

What is the K1’s range?

The LiDAR works from 0.1 m to 40 m at 10% reflectivity, and up to 70 m against 80%-reflective surfaces.

How is the K1 different from the K2?

The newer Lixel K2 tightens relative accuracy to 1 cm, adds built-in RTK and an aviation-grade body, and extends the maximum range to 100 m. The K1 remains the compact, more approachable option.

Does the K1 support RTK?

Yes, the K1 supports RTK and visual-aided positioning, and outputs colorized .las point clouds.
