Stressing about how to send your hyperreal 3D holiday cards this season, like me? You'll be happy to know that The Immersion Spatial Experience app for Apple Vision Pro has just unwrapped a feature to share your merry, magical memories in mesmerizing 3D.

All it takes is a quick scan of yourself or a loved one using the Scaniverse app (available free on iOS or Android). Other pipelines will work too, but they tested primarily on Scaniverse. Then, import the scan into the Immersion app on Apple Vision Pro to merge it with a festive, snowy backdrop. You’re free to position, scale, and orient the scan however you like, creating a holiday-themed, hyperreal volumetric still capture.

Once you’re happy with your masterpiece, export the result as a PLY file and share the seasonal magic with the rest of the world.
