Full-Time Virtual Tour Technician | Greater Boston | $20–22/hr

Guaranteed 30 hrs/week, year-round, with more when busy. Some days run long. We need someone who stays until the job is done.

About Us

Expozure 360 Media LLC creates immersive 3D virtual tours using Matterport, Zillow 3D, and drone technology for retail, commercial, insurance, construction, hospitality clients Etc across New England and Upstate, NY.

Role

You’ll be the main field technician for our Greater Boston clients. Most days you’ll drive to one or more client sites, capture the property in 3D, upload the scan, and head to the next job.

Jobs vary. Some are quick 1–2 hour scans of apartments, offices, or retail stores. Others are full-day projects, such as large commercial buildings or multi-day store surveys. You’ll get your schedule and job details ahead of time, and you’re expected to arrive prepared, follow each client’s requirements, and make sure nothing is missed before you leave.

This is an independent, on-the-road role with no office. You’ll work alone at most sites, so you need to be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable talking with property managers and site contacts.

No experience? We’ll train you on our equipment and process. As we grow, you’ll also get hands-on experience with newer technology like drones and Gaussian splat scanning.

Pay & Benefits

• $20/hr to start, $22/hr after a 90-day introductory period

• Weekly pay

• Mileage: $0.65/mi after the first 30 miles of the day

• Paid drive time between jobs, plus travel time beyond 2 hrs each way on long trips

Responsibilities

• Conduct Matterport and Zillow 3D scans using company-provided equipment

• Capture accurate measurements with company-provided equipment

• Scan roofs, basements, attics, crawl spaces, exteriors, and elevated areas when required

• Walk properties for extended periods, sometimes full days, depending on project size

• Review each job’s instructions before arriving on site, and again before leaving to confirm everything was captured

• Follow client-specific requirements and company checklists for accuracy and consistency

• Upload scans as soon as each job is finished

• Communicate job status and any on-site issues to the office promptly

• Coordinate professionally and respectfully with property owners, managers, and site contacts

• Travel to client sites across MA, NH, ME, RI, CT, Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket

• Maintain, charge, and care for all company equipment

• Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

Requirements

• Looking for full-time work as your main job

• Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle and a valid license

• Weekday availability, plus some evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights

• Some jobs come up on short notice, so flexibility is a must

• Comfortable on roofs and varied terrain; able to lift 20 lbs

• Strong with apps and technology

• Must pass a background check

• Based in or near Greater Boston

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
