Strategic Project Lead

About VLGE

VLGE transforms 3D world creation and interaction into a scalable source of training data for spatial

intelligence. By capturing how environments are created, modified, and explored over time, VLGE is building a growing library of 3D worlds (3D and 3DGS) and interaction data designed to support world models, simulation systems, robotics, and embodied AI.

Your Role

As a Strategic Project Lead (SPL), you will be responsible for some of VLGE`s most important customer, partnership, and data initiatives.

You will work directly with the CEO, researchers, AI labs, and enterprise partners to identify opportunities, drive execution, and ensure successful outcomes.

What You will Do

• Own strategic data projects end-to-end.

• Act as the primary point of contact for AI labs, enterprise customers, and strategic partners.

• Drive customer evaluations, pilots, and commercial engagements.

• Work directly with leadership to prioritize opportunities and allocate resources.

• Coordinate research, data, and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Identify bottlenecks, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving promptly.

• Provide leadership with clear updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

What We are Looking For

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong operator with a bias toward action.

• Comfortable working directly with customers, researchers, and executives.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership without waiting for direction.

• Experience in startups, consulting, product, strategy, or founder-led environments.

• Interest in AI, spatial intelligence, robotics, simulation, or emerging technologies.
