We are seeking a specialist in machine vision and pose estimation with hands-on experience using tools such as COLMAP to advance and refine Gaussian splatting workflows. The focus is on improving reconstruction quality, calibration accuracy, and the setup and optimization of static capture rigs.

The ideal candidate has practical, real-world experience and a strong theoretical understanding of volumetric capture and current state-of-the-art techniques. Proficiency with Python is required, along with experience in PyTorch, CUDA, and related machine-learning and computer-vision technologies
