Application Deadline: Applications accepted at least until June 20, 2026
About the Role
NVIDIA's OmniDreams and FlashDreams are the foundation for a new generation of interactive world-model systems. With this release, NVIDIA has established a new standard for fidelity and real-time inference performance in world models while open-sourcing both the model weights and the associated inference engine.
Our mission is to continue raising that bar by making interactive world models practical wherever dynamic worlds matter—including autonomous vehicles, robotics, rendering, and simulation.
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to transform this technology leadership into an industry-standard platform and ecosystem. You will build and lead the team responsible for keeping FlashDreams fast, making OmniDreams useful in real production workflows, and helping customers and researchers succeed with the platform.
Success means more than shipping software—it means delivering high-quality solutions, trusted releases, exceptional performance, an engaged developer community, and research feedback that continuously compounds. You will work alongside world-class research teams and NVIDIA leadership to turn breakthrough research into technology developers rely on every day.
What You'll Be Doing
Scale the engineering team building NVIDIA's interactive world-model platform across OmniDreams, FlashDreams, and AlpaSim technologies
Establish the production engineering path for interactive world models across autonomous vehicles, rendering, robotics, and simulation
Build the architecture and engineering processes required to transform fast-paced research into reliable, developer-facing software
Own engineering excellence across:
Performance
Scalability
Reliability
Developer experience
CI/CD
Release management
Partner with research, simulation, rendering, and autonomous vehicle teams to translate world-model breakthroughs into production-ready platform capabilities
Grow the open developer and research ecosystem around NVIDIA's world-model technology stack
