Overview
For our client, we are seeking a Senior ML Engineer – Neural Rendering to join the team of a leader in the manufacturing and automotive space.
This role will focus on advancing neural rendering and generative model capabilities for high-quality sensor simulation. You will collaborate with engineering, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable systems that support simulation, testing, and production deployment.
The position offers the opportunity to influence technical direction, simulation quality, and organizational performance within a manufacturing and automotive environment.

Compensation
$177,300–$234,000 annually
Responsibilities
Implement the latest research advances in neural rendering and generative models.
Translate cutting-edge research into high-quality simulations of camera, LiDAR, and radar sensors.
Integrate and automate a neural rendering framework within a cloud environment to scale testing.
Own and manage development projects from research through deployment.
Design, implement, and deliver production-quality software using disciplined development processes.
Work collaboratively with other machine learning services in the cloud ecosystem.
Identify and propose improvements to current capabilities in alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications
Ph.D. or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of industry experience.
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
Proven expertise in neural rendering and generative models, including diffusion models and flow matching.
Background in computer graphics, 3D reconstruction, or 3D computer vision.
Experience with VDI and cloud-based machine learning development environments.
Strong project management skills, with a focus on coaching and mentoring junior team members.
