Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision , Robotics, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development using modern C++, multithreading, and systems optimization.
7 years of experience leading technical project strategy and architecture for 3D tracking, camera calibration, or multi-view geometry.
5 years of experience with Geometric Computer Vision, video generation, or signal processing.
5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing or launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
PhD degree in Computer Vision, Robotics, 3D Graphics, or a related technical field.
8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role deploying computer vision algorithms on custom hardware or cameras.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional research and engineering teams.
Experience with hybrid geometric-learning approaches (e.g., NeRFs, 3D Gaussian Splatting) and a publication record in computer vision conferences.

US: $262000 - $364000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
Write high-performance, production-grade C++ software for real-time 3D perception and calibration.
Architect multi-camera calibration and non-linear spatial optimization pipelines.
Conduct code and design reviews for engineers across tracking and calibration teams.
Collaborate with hardware and systems teams to calibrate multi-camera arrays and handle optical variations.
Define interface boundaries between learned and geometric reconstruction modules in partnership with machine learning research and hardware teams.
