  • 负责SLAM系统的算法架构设计、实现与优化,融合视觉、激光雷达、 IMU、GNSS 等实现系统的精度和稳定性;

  • 负责 SLAM 在移动端或嵌入式等设备的移植、部署和加速,解决性能优化问题;

  • 负责大规模sfm 与SLAM的联合优化加速,解决激光、视觉、GNSS等多传感器融合框架下的跟踪,BA 和尺度优化和MVS等问题;

  • 跟踪学术界和工业界的最新进展,包括语义 SLAM,端到端 SLAM,端到端重建和 3DGS 等,推动技术落地

岗位要求:

  • 熟悉激光雷达、相机、IMU、GNSS等传感器模型。

  • 熟悉基本的数据结构和算法, 熟悉C、 C++、Python,具有良好的编码风格;

  • 精通至少一种Lidar SLAM(如LOAM、FAST-LIO等)或Visual SLAM(如MSCKF、VINS、SVO等)算法,精通流型微分、积分和优化;

  • 有移动端(ARM架构)或嵌入式平台(如Qualcomm、NVIDIA Jetson)开发经验;

  • 熟悉深度学习框架,有相关端到端跟踪、语义分割等开发经验者优先;

  • 有AR、VR、机器⼈、测绘等相关工程落地经验,有相应优秀论⽂发表者优先。

Job Description

  • Responsible for algorithm architecture design, implementation, and optimization of SLAM systems, integrating vision, LiDAR, IMU, GNSS, etc., to achieve system accuracy and stability;

  • Responsible for porting, deployment, and acceleration of SLAM on mobile or embedded devices, solving performance optimization issues;

  • Responsible for joint optimization acceleration of large-scale SfM and SLAM, addressing tracking, Bundle Adjustment (BA), scale optimization, and Multi-View Stereo (MVS) problems under multi-sensor fusion frameworks (laser, vision, GNSS, etc.);

  • Track the latest advancements in academia and industry, including semantic SLAM, end-to-end SLAM, end-to-end reconstruction, and 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS), and promote technology implementation.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Familiar with sensor models such as LiDAR, cameras, IMU, GNSS, etc.

  • Familiar with basic data structures and algorithms, proficient in C, C++, and Python, with good coding style;

  • Master at least one LiDAR SLAM algorithm (e.g., LOAM, FAST-LIO, etc.) or Visual SLAM algorithm (e.g., MSCKF, VINS, SVO, etc.), proficient in manifold differentials, integration, and optimization;

  • Experience in mobile (ARM architecture) or embedded platform development (e.g., Qualcomm, NVIDIA Jetson);

  • Familiar with deep learning frameworks; experience in end-to-end tracking, semantic segmentation, etc., is preferred;

  • Experience in AR, VR, robotics, surveying and mapping, or related engineering implementation; publication of relevant high-quality papers is preferred.
