Role Overview

We are seeking a technically fluent commercial leader with experience across simulation environments, spatial data, and AI training workflows. This is a customer-facing role focused on technical adoption, strategic partnerships, and early-stage commercialization.

You will work directly with researchers, frontier AI labs, robotics companies, and technical teams building the systems that train, evaluate, and deploy the next generation of AI models.

The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging in highly technical conversations, understanding customer environments, identifying real-world use cases, and translating technical capabilities into commercial opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with AI labs, researchers, robotics companies, and technical teams exploring simulation and embodied AI systems.

  • Develop a deep understanding of VLGE's infrastructure, data pipelines, and technical capabilities.

  • Support technical evaluations, pilots, onboarding, and customer adoption efforts.

  • Identify high-value use cases, partnership opportunities, and deployment pathways.

  • Translate customer feedback and technical requirements into actionable product insights.

  • Collaborate closely with founders, researchers, and engineering teams to accelerate market adoption.

  • Help customers navigate evolving infrastructure, deployment requirements, and integration challenges.

What We'd Like to See

  • Strong understanding of simulation systems, spatial data, 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS), AI training environments, or adjacent technical ecosystems.

  • Ability to engage credibly with researchers, engineers, and technical stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting technical customers, deployments, or complex product environments.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
