Kiri Engine, who announced 3DGS native support for Android, has pushed out update V 3.4.0, allowing users to upload video files from their phone.
The local upload comes with a max time limit of 2 minutes per capture. However, if your video is longer, you can still upload it, but it will remove any footage after the two minute mark.
It is a welcome update and has allowed me to start going through my library of captures to try out their results.
As a reminder, in order to utilize their 3DGS implementation, it requires a Kiri Pro account, which comes in at $30. However, it remains the only native to Android 3DGS application I am aware of.

For those looking for an alternative, Luma will work via local upload through the web browser for those on Android.
