ALLSIDES is a deep-tech company specializing in 3D scanning and neural rendering. Founded in 2024 in the Italian Alps as a spin-off of the Covision Lab in Brixen/Bressanone (initially under the name Covision Media) we transform cutting-edge computer vision research into scalable, production-ready 3D capture and reconstruction systems. Our technology combines advanced Computer Vision and Machine Learning to produce relightable, reality-grade 3D models and to build a large-scale dataset of photorealistic 3D assets used for next-generation generative AI applications.
Our 3D scanners are engineered for industrial-grade throughput and are deployed in high-volume e-commerce production pipelines for global clients such as Amazon, adidas, and INDITEX, generating tens of thousands of high-fidelity assets per year. Meta used one of our systems to create serveral 3D assets for the HOT3D dataset (ECCV 2024). In parallel, ALLSIDES operats a scanning center to continuously expand our proprietary training datasets.
We actively collaborate with leading research institutions, including TU Munich and the Computer Vision and Learning Lab at Heidelberg University, and we are advised by Prof. Pietro Perona from Caltech. ALLSIDES is part of the NVIDIA Inception program and presents its technology at major scientific and industry conferences such as NVIDIA GTC, SIGGRAPH, and ECCV.
