Spatial Studio is the flagship product of Real Horizons, a company that started by capturing properties across India with Gaussian Splatting and observed the gap between raw splat output and a polished, shareable web experience. The platform now turns iPhone-captured footage into optimized Gaussian Splats with automatic alignment, quality control, and LOD streaming.
Differentiating features include Spatial Sense (vision LLM-based scene segmentation that anchors annotations directly into the 3D geometry from a single text prompt), multi-format blending (Google 3D Maps, 360 panoramas, and Gaussian Splats in one tour), and analytics that track tour performance, dwell time, devices, and per-tour CTA clicks. Primary use cases are real estate, hospitality, and physical retail. A Mac app, in beta, trains splats locally on Apple silicon on open source COLMAP and Brush foundations without spending cloud credits, and exports SOG, PLY, compressed PLY, SPZ, SOG sidecars, LOD and voxel outputs. Spatial Studio added an AI authoring layer in May 2026.
