In April 2026, Antigravity launched Project Eternal, a global initiative in partnership with Insta360, Splatica and heritage non-profit CyArk, to preserve fragile cultural sites as 3D Gaussian Splat archives. Pilot captures covered Pompeii and Civita di Bagnoregio, with the A1 flying 8K 360 aerial coverage and the Insta360 X5 handling ground capture. The accompanying community challenge closed in July 2026 having drawn more than 225 submissions from over 2,000 creators across more than 20 countries, with $3,500 cash plus a Splatica subscription as the top prize. The winning entry, a reconstruction of De Haar Castle by Dung3onlord, was judged by a panel including John Ristevski of CyArk, Andrey Shelomentsev of Splatica, Thomas Flynn, Professor Mattia Previtali and Michael Shabun of Antigravity.
