Splat Tour, a Barcelona web service, turns one phone video per floor into a property tour with an optional walkable Gaussian splatting scene.
Every Splat Tour build starts as a set of 360 panoramas assembled from frames of the uploaded video. The 3D tour is an add-on chosen at upload, or from the editor within seven days, and it swaps jumps between fixed points for free movement with parallax. Each room in a 3D tour weighs 5 to 10 MB and downloads only when a viewer enters it, on desktop or mobile, with no app or plugin.
Splats have reached property listings mostly through large portals so far, with Zillow adding Gaussian splatting through SkyTour for exteriors on Showcase Listings and Apartments.com bringing Matterport 3D Exterior flyovers into apartment listings. Splat Tour publishes its own comparison against Giraffe360.
Capture requires a recent iPhone or Android phone with an ultra wide lens, 0.5x on iPhone and 0.6x on some Android models, held vertically at a slow walk with no tripod. In each room the operator walks a loop along the walls, a second loop in the opposite direction, then both diagonals from corner to corner. Room separation, camera tracking and 3D training run in the cloud, and Splat Tour delivers the tour, an automatically generated floor plan, a public link and an embed code in under two hours. In a LinkedIn post about the service, Jordi Pau Escursell Valero says the Terrassa demo apartment came from a six minute video recorded on a Samsung S25.
Splat Tour charges 10 credits per minute of video for panoramas and 20 per minute with 3D, with a three minute minimum per floor and a 10 minute cap per video. Starter costs €19 a month for 130 credits, Pro costs €29 for 220 credits and adds a custom logo and color in the viewer, and Studio costs €89 for 700 credits, which Splat Tour estimates at about 2, 3 and 11 3D tours. Unused credits roll over with no cap, and published tours stay online after a subscription ends. AI home staging on panoramas costs 2 credits per panorama, and a capture service with a technician and professional equipment is available on request.
Sample tours cover apartments in Terrassa and Manresa and an Airbnb in Santa Teresa Gallura, Italy. A seven day trial includes 60 credits, enough for one 3D tour, requires a card and converts to Starter unless cancelled.
